Cimarron House offers one-of-one vintage and pre-owned garments, selected for their quality, character, and the life still ahead.

Each piece is carefully photographed, measured, and described, including visible wear, fading, repairs, distressing, and flaws. Because vintage garments have lived before us, minor signs of age or wear may occasionally be missed. Please review all photographs, measurements, and product details before purchasing. Tagged sizes are provided for reference only; fit may vary by brand, era, and prior wear.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, change of mind, personal preference, screen-to-screen color variation, or signs of vintage wear that are shown or accurately described in the listing.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains the wrong item, or differs materially from its listing, please contact hello@cimarron.house within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. This reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
