These Terms of Service govern your use of cimarron.house and purchases made from Cimarron House. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Cimarron House offers one-of-one vintage and pre-owned garments. Each piece is unique and available only once.

We make every reasonable effort to photograph, measure, identify, and describe each garment accurately. Vintage pieces may show wear, fading, repairs, distressing, fabric variation, and other evidence of age or previous use.

Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly. Tagged sizing is provided for reference only, as fit may differ by brand, era, construction, and previous wear. Please review all photographs, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.

Orders

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only after checkout is completed and payment is accepted.

We may cancel an unshipped order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a material listing error, or associated with suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. If payment has already been collected, a prompt refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

Purchases and use of this website are also subject to our:

Intellectual Property

Original photographs, films, writing, graphics, branding, and other original content published by Cimarron House belong to Cimarron House or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Names, artwork, characters, logos, and trademarks appearing on vintage garments remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Cimarron House.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services, and other providers. Independently operated services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Website Availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cimarron House is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or temporary unavailability of the website.
